We offer a number of bespoke services through our supplier network. Some of those include the following:

Crew wear

We offer a personalised crew wear service. Some of the brands include (but are not limited to) Helly Hansen, Musto, Henri-Lloyd, Gill, Skechers, Chatham, Orca Bay.

Recently we have supplied crew wear to Exmouth Marina, Cameron Jones Financial Management and a couple of our superyacht customers.

Rope Splicing

Although we sell prespliced mooring and fender lines, we understand that these occasionally are not best suited to your set up and that you require something different. Through us our supplier Kingfisher Ropes offers a bespoke rope splicing service. Please contact us for a quote or more information.

Lifejacket, Liferaft and EPIRB/PLB servicing

We stock service kits for Ocean Safety lifejackets or we use Ocean Safety to service lifejackets for our customers, other brands may need to be sent via Ocean Safety but will be sent to a different third party authorised service centre depending on the brand/parts required they may need depending on recent MCA regulation changes. Please note due to recent changes in MCA regulations this may be different from if you have used this service with us before.

Ocean Safety currently collect from our Exmouth shop on a Monday if booked in before the Friday before. Lifejacket servicing then usually takes 2-3 weeks (depending on demand and parts availability).  Please contact us for more information.
